hi. I just wanted to ask your group for ideas about applying some of these techniques to a human services career. For example, I work directly with clients as an educator or therapist, which is the fun part and cannot be outsourced. There is a lot of administrative/clerical work involved as well. However, this cannot be easily outsourced due the confidentiality of client's names. I guess I need to concentrate on building efficient systems to deal with the not fun parts.
Has anyone used these principles in a similar field?
I appreciate your reading this post. Thanks in advance for your ideas.
